Detailed Intake.

First you’ll fill out a thorough intake form to guide you in creating realistic goals. Understanding your history with food and your eating habits will help us craft a plan together. Be intentional with these reflection questions - knowing your ‘why’ is key to uncovering your motivation.

Customized Training Plan.

Your exercises are planned out for you from start to finish and can be accessed on the computer or on your phone for convenience.

The number of days, length of each workout and the style of training are 100% individualized to you and your goals.

Resources.

You get access to a Member’s Only Resource Library filled with goodies to help you reach your fitness goals: Grocery shopping guides, quick & easy recipes, eBooks and more are all accessible to you in the member center!

Comprehensive Coaching Call.

Your initial coaching call allows us to get on the same page about your goals and fine tune the details of your nutrition plans so that you get the most out of your individualized coaching.

Detailed Nutrition Plan.

Nutrition coaching can range from basic nutrition guidance to detailed macro planning. We strive for coaching that reenforces a healthy relationship with food and an emphasizes an understanding of how to properly fuel your body for performance - from resistance training to endurance running, we’ve got you covered.

Accountability.

Weekly check-in emails from your coach will keep you on track and prepared for the next month of training. Some coaching plans include weigh-ins and measurements, but not all plans require these data. Weekly coaching calls can be set up as you need them and you can email your coach anytime questions come up.
