What’s Included

Detailed Intake.

First you’ll fill out a thorough intake form to guide you in creating realistic fitness goals working with your schedule and using the equipment you have access to.

These reflection questions are intentional - knowing your ‘why’ is key to uncovering your motivation.

Accountability.

Each month, you’ll get check-in emails from your coach helping to keep you on track and prepared for the next month of training. You can upload videos of various movements to get feedback on technique and form.

You can also email your coach at any time with questions, injuries, travel plans, or other concerns.

Coaching Call.

Your initial coaching call allows us to get on the same page about your goals and fine tune the details of what your workouts will look like so that you get the most out of your individualized plan.

Resources.

From a full video library of mobility exercises to a warm up calculator to recipes for satisfying protein shakes to free access to our eBook downloads, you’ll have access to a Member’s Only Resource Library filled with goodies to help you reach your fitness goals.

Training Plan.

Your exercises are planned out for you from start to finish and can be accessed on the computer or on your phone for convenience.

The number of days, length of each workout and the style of training are 100% individualized to you and your goals.

Results.

Each check in is an opportunity to look back and see how far you’ve come on your fitness journey. Strength takes time, and every four weeks you’ll notice movements becoming more natural and weights feeling less heavy.
