Mobility Guide for Olympic Lifts
This 6 week mobility program will take you through active and dynamic stretches to enable your body to achieve deeper squats, stronger front racks and overhead positions that are needed to master olympic weightlifting. Each week contains 5 days of mobility workouts specifically designed to improve your technique with the clean & jerk and the snatch.
